Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled MIG and MAG Welder to work on welding and building constructions of single pieces and serial work single pieces. You will be responsible for welding black steel materials, primarily using MIG MAG (135, 136, 138) welding processes. Your tasks will include reading technical drawings, working with large metal plates, and ensuring that welds are flat and tight. You will work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to the production of various steel structures and components.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG MAG welding on black steel materials
- Weld large metal plates and constructions
- Read technical drawings and follow WPS (Welding Procedure Specification)
- Work in all welding positions to produce flat and tight welds
- Collaborate with fellow welders in a team
- Work on a variety of steel structures, including mooring jetties, bridges, shipbuilding components, and more
- Handle time pressure and work accurately
- Ensure quality and precision in welding
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MIG MAG welding, specifically in welding black steel
- Experience welding large parts up to 500mm
- Ability to work from technical drawings
- Prior experience in larger constructions or tank building
- Effective communication skills in English (communicative level)
